We recruit mainly for the Gulf — UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain — and Europe, including Poland, Romania, Croatia, Germany, Malta, Portugal, Hungary and Serbia.

Any service charge is collected only as permitted under Indian emigration rules, at our office and against an official receipt. Never pay anyone who contacts you claiming to be from VK Maxx without verifying with our office first.
Usually a valid passport, photographs, educational and experience certificates, a medical test at a GCC-approved centre and, for ECR passport holders, emigration clearance on eMigrate. Employers may ask for more.
It depends on the country. Indicatively, Gulf visas take a few weeks while European work permits and visas take two to six months, because the permit and the embassy visa are separate steps.
Yes. We arrange video interviews and trade tests, or in-person selection in India for bulk requirements.
Indicatively 4–6 weeks after selection, including work permit, medical and visa stamping. Timelines depend on the employer and authorities.
It is the standard permit for a foreign worker employed by a Polish employer. After it is issued, the candidate applies for a national D-type visa at the Polish embassy.
